A: accepts the return or exchange of Product. For returns you have to conact us at (626) 796 7888 within the first 14 days and ship the product back uppon receipt of a RAN. Return credits are issued within 5 days once the item is received and inspected. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

A. We'll happily accept the return or exchange, items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.


Q: Damaged or missing items?

A: If you received your merchandise in damaged condition, or items are missing please contact us as soon as possible to report the problem.

Return Or Exchange By Mail ? When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the Inivoice 
Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refunds and exchanges are processed when item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits for returned or exchanged merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Terms of Return:

Please contact us within 14 days of your order being delivered to request your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Please note that return shipping fees and handling charges are not refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Please ship your return within 2 business days of the issue date of your RAN. RAN should be clearly printed on the outside of the box. Please remember, all products must be in the condition you received them and items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in perfect condition, with the original product tags attached and garment bag intact to be accepted as a return. Any items that appear to have been worn or altered will be returned to you. . No credit will be issued until the items have been inspected. All returns are subject to a 10% handling fee which will be deducted from your credit. no returns on Jewelry and accessories.
International orders: If you received free shipping on your order, the cost will be deducted from your store credit. Any taxes, duties or customs fees incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.
